3. What materials are your toys made from?
We focus on high-quality, many non-toxic, and child-safe materials. Many of our toys use sustainably sourced wood, BPA-free plastic, and organic cotton. You can often find specific material information on each product page.
4. Do you offer gift wrapping?
No, we do not offer gift wrapping.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping generally takes 5 β 10 business days, depending on your location. Youβll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. on the rare occasion due to unforeseen circumstances e.g bad weather or holidays, there may be delays out of our control.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, weβll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the link provided to check the delivery status at any time.
7. Whatβs your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied! If you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page for more information.
8. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Weβre here to help! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective item, and include a photo or video showing the issue to info@tinygigglestrend.com. Weβll either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

Currently, we currently ship in the United States, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Europe. We hope to expand our shipping locations soon, so stay tuned!
